Subscription Price
₹199 / 30 days. Currency: INR. Each recurring charge is ₹199 (19900 paise).
Subscription Validity
Exactly 30 days from the server-verified successful payment date/time. No calendar-month or month-end logic. Early renewal starts a new period from the new successful payment; unused days are not added. Customer website and QR access lock at paid expiry until another verified payment. QR identity/URL never changes.
Payment Status
Subscription status: Active, Expired or Payment Failed. AutoPay status: AutoPay Active or AutoPay Cancelled. These are separate: cancelling AutoPay does not end a paid active period. Server records are authoritative, including after refresh.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment provider and are also subject to its terms/policies. QuickQR Connect does not store complete card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials. Never enter them in support forms. Live Razorpay Checkout runs only on the approved production website.
Terms Acceptance
Before payment, actively agree to these Subscription & Payment Terms. Before enabling AutoPay, separately authorize recurring payments of ₹199 according to the displayed subscription and payment terms.
Razorpay AutoPay
When authorized, recurring payments of ₹199 follow the applicable 30-day subscription cycle and provider mandate. AutoPay Active is shown after provider confirmation. Cancel using the available cancellation control to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically cancel an already-paid period or create a refund.
Failed Payments and Access
A failed recurring payment results in Payment Failed status and an owner notification, with a retry option. No new access period is granted without verified successful payment. Existing paid access lasts only until its exact expiry; payment-recovery grace does not unlock customer access or grant an extra period.
Payment Verification
Razorpay payment signatures and webhook events are verified server-side. Only verified captured-payment events activate access. Browser checkout success alone is not proof of entitlement. If confirmation is delayed, refresh status and avoid duplicate payment.
Refund & Cancellation Terms
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless a refund is approved under the applicable refund policy or required by applicable law. Cancelling AutoPay does not automatically refund the current paid period. Refund requests may be reviewed individually; payment-provider rules may also apply. No automatic refund or particular outcome is promised.
Availability and Liability
Provider, network and technical failures may delay processing. QuickQR Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Applicable non-excludable consumer rights are preserved. The Shop Owner Terms & Conditions also apply.
Changes and Support
Updated terms may become effective after publication, subject to applicable law. Use owner Settings → Help & Support or Complaint / Report an Issue for payment problems. Include only non-sensitive references.
