Acceptance of Terms
By registering, subscribing to or using QuickQR Connect as a Shop Owner, you agree to these Shop Owner Terms & Conditions. Active acceptance is required during registration or shop setup. Subscription and recurring authorization require their own acceptance.
Business Information
You are responsible for accurate shop/business name, owner/business information, location/address, contacts, menu, products/services, genuine Google Review links, Instagram/social and YouTube links, Wi-Fi, QR/NFC configuration, offers/rewards and all customer-facing information. Intentionally false, misleading or deceptive information is prohibited.
Customer Information
Use customer information only for permitted lawful purposes. Do not sell it, spam or harass customers, share it unnecessarily, use it unlawfully or collect information outside permitted purposes. Private platform complaints and website feedback are administrator-only unless specifically authorized.
QR Code and NFC
QR/NFC configurations connect customers to the relevant shop’s QuickQR Connect customer page. Display the correct QR/NFC at the correct shop and verify the destination. Fraudulent, illegal or misleading use is prohibited. Shop QR identities and URLs remain permanent through billing changes; paid access may be locked at expiry.
Shop Content
You are responsible for uploaded/configured menus, products, services, images, offers, Wi-Fi, review links, social links and promotional information. You must have rights to uploaded content. Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or misleading content is prohibited.
Google Reviews
QuickQR Connect may link to Google Reviews but does not control Google’s platform. Do not create, manipulate or fraudulently influence reviews using QuickQR Connect.
External Links
You may provide legitimate external website and social links. QuickQR Connect is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, policies or services. Malicious links are prohibited.
Wi-Fi
You are responsible for correct Wi-Fi details and authorized sharing. QuickQR Connect is not responsible for internet speed/availability, password changes, network or ISP problems, or network security.
Games / Points / Rewards
Configure legitimate, clear conditions for enabled games, points, reward QR scans, discounts or similar features. Staff must attest eligible purchases; do not issue fraudulent reward tokens. Rewards must not be misleading; honour valid rewards you configure. QuickQR Connect does not guarantee monetary benefit and may disable abused reward features. No gambling, betting or cash prizes; chat is text-only and subject to Report/Block rules.
Customer Complaints
Customers may complain about products, services, staff behaviour, payments, shop experiences, QR/web issues or other shop issues. The administrator may review details/evidence, contact the customer or owner, request information, update status and close or reject complaints. Reasonably cooperate with legitimate investigations. No refund, compensation, replacement, penalty or particular action is guaranteed.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, scams, illegal activity, harassment, threats, fake information/reviews, malicious links, harmful content, unauthorized data collection, payment abuse and violations of applicable law are prohibited.
Subscription — ₹199 / 30 days
A verified successful ₹199 payment starts exactly 30 days of applicable website/QR access from the server-verified successful payment time, not a calendar month. Subscription status is Active, Expired or Payment Failed; AutoPay status is separately Active or Cancelled. Paid access locks at exact expiry. Payment-recovery grace does not extend access. Owner billing/support controls remain available to renew and resolve issues.
Payments and AutoPay
Payments use the authorized provider and its terms. Recurring ₹199 payments require explicit authorization for the displayed 30-day arrangement. Use the cancellation control to stop future AutoPay; an already-paid period remains valid until expiry. Failed payments notify the owner and permit retry. Only verified provider payment events grant access; frontend checkout success alone does not.
Refunds and Cancellation
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless a refund is approved under the applicable refund policy or required by applicable law. Cancelling AutoPay does not automatically refund the current period. Requests may be reviewed individually and payment-provider rules may apply. See Subscription & Payment Terms.
Account Suspension
QuickQR Connect may suspend or restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, repeated policy violations, false information, payment abuse, misuse of customer data, malicious activity or serious unresolved violations, subject to applicable law.
Platform Availability
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, server/internet problems, payment-provider problems, third-party failures, security incidents, technical failures and events outside reasonable control may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of Liability
QuickQR Connect is a technology/platform service and, to the extent permitted by law, is not directly responsible for shop products/services, staff behaviour, food/product safety, shop refunds/pricing/payment disputes, Wi-Fi, third-party content, Google Review results, social content or incorrect owner-supplied information. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property
QuickQR Connect name, logo, software, interface, website design and materials belong to their respective owners/licensors. You retain rights to content you lawfully own. Uploading grants QuickQR Connect the permission necessary to store/display that content as part of the service.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated when necessary and may become effective after publication, subject to applicable law.
